Click the View tab to view information on previously printed labels.
Searching the log
| • | Enter the text to search for. |
| • | Select the field to search (generic or package date). |
| • | Click the search button. |
| • | To search a specific date, enter month/day/year. To search an entire month, enter month/year only. |
| • | Click the refresh button to reload all packaging records. |
Sorting the log
Click on a column header to sort by that field. Click on the column header again to reverse the sort order.
Copy a label
You may copy a previous label from the log view to label entry. Click on the selection column (far left), the selected line will be highlighted. Then double click on any field within the highlighted line to copy to a new label. Fields copied are: Generic, strength, trade, supplemental, manufactur-er, route, and NDC.
How to delete a label
You may also use the log view function to delete a label record. Please be aware that deletion is permanent, there is no possibility of recovery.
| • | Click on the selection column (far left) of the record to be deleted. The selected line will then be highlighted. |
| • | Click on any field within the highlighted line. |
| • | Press the "Delete" key on your keyboard. |
| • | A warning dialog will be displayed, Click "OK" to delete. |
