The label definition dialog allows you to define the size, margins, rows, and columns for custom labels.
How to change values
Numbers cannot be typed in directly, you must click the Plus or Minus buttons to the right of the field to change the values.
Edit a label definition
To edit the definition of a current label:
1. Select the label from the description
2. Click the Edit icon.
3. After making the desired changes, click the Save icon.
Enter new label definition
To enter a new label definition:
1. Click the New icon.
2. Enter a unique name, preferably one that will also give a description of the label.
3. After entering the desired changes, click the Save icon.
4. For new labels you must also enter a Label layout.
Delete a label definition
To delete a label definition:
1. Select the label from the description
2. Click the Delete icon.
3. Please be aware that, once deleted, a label definition cannot be recovered.
Label depiction
As you change the number of rows or columns the label depiction changes to give you an approximation of the label page. The picture is intended to give you a rough guideline, not an exact picture of your label page.
