To clean the patient database, click File then Clean database on the menubar.
The purpose of this function is to merge duplicate patient records and optionally delete patients without a saved consult.
The clean database function should be performed when you become aware of duplicate patient records.

This function is password protected. Kinetics ships without a password. The first time you access a password protected function it will ask for a password and then ask you to reenter to confirm it. Thereafter, this will be the password required to access this function.
