Print TPN label

This form is used to input data before printing the TPN label.

Starting date and time

This is simply the schedule date and time that the bag is to be hung.  The expiration date is also calculated from this time.

Expires in

Enter the number of days that the admixture is stable.

Label type

Select Inpatient or Outpatient.  The outpatient label includes the pharmacy address and telephone.  Default label type is changed on the setup window.

Base labeled by

Select Component % or Final %.  Default base labeling is changed on the setup window.

Commands

Click the "Print" button to print the label, print "Cancel" to exit without printing.
