Email delivery problems
Because of SPAM email (which plagues us all), most organizations have resorted to filtering all incoming email. Some mail servers have taken the extraordinary step of blocking all incoming messages from senders whose e-mail addresses are not listed in your Address Book. If you do not receive a response from us, this may be why. We want to respond to your inquiries. Some possible solutions if our reply emails are not getting through:
  1. Add our email address to your Address Book or Safe Senders List.
  2. Supply an alternate email address.
