To retrieve a specific patient from the database, click on the binoculars to bring up the Find dialog box:
Enter the patient's last name in the Find box then click the Find Next button.
Although the default lookup is for Patient Name, other data fields can be searched for patient lookup, ie, medical record number, physician, or room number by clicking in the Column to search box.
Because more than one patient may have the same last name, to continue the same search for another patient, click the right binocular, to go back to the previously found patient click the left binocular.
