Getting started

Set your Windows short date style
All dates must be entered with 4 digit years to ensure Y2K compliance. If you experience problems entering dates, check the Short Date style setting in Windows:

Check your system clock
The patient's date of birth is used to calculate the patient's age, therefore, you must ensure that your system clock is correct or the patient age calculation will not be correct.

Set your program preferences
Before you use the program, check the default parameters by viewing the Setup window. To start setup, click on the File drop down menu and click Setup, or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+S.
